Shipping & Returns

Glasses will be shipped in 5 business days with our complimentary shipping under normal situation. Complimentary shipping is provided for all orders. Customers could track their order and check details of the specific order in "All Orders" section from Opteyes APP. Glasses products purchased on Opteyes could be returned and exchanged for 7 days without a reason. If you have any problem with our products, you can contact us without hesitate through the WeChat official account or "Contact Customer Service" in the App. We will try our best to solve the problem for you.

Warranty

Opteyes promises that all products purchased from our company will be provided with 7 days of unreasonable return and exchange and one year warranty service.

Any dissatisfaction with the product (frame and lens) within 7 days from the date of arrival could be returned or replaced with any other products of our equivalent value. Please note when returning:
  • Please ensure the original products and their packaging are intact.

  • Please contact our customer service on the APP to provide the reason for returning.

  • Please fill the return and exchange application form in the glasses box and keep the original product and packaging intact.

  • After the return and exchange application is approved, please send the original product to the designated location by Opteyes.

  • Your refund or substituted products will be delivered in 3 business days.

  • This policy cannot be used continuously.
After the product delivered, customers could enjoy three guarantees (using, repairing, and replacing) services. If the purchased product has quality problems caused by production defects (such as loose screw, unstable soldering or coating quality), it can be replaced with equivalent products and free updates of common accessories.
  • Please ensure the original products and their packaging are intact.

  • Please fill the return and exchange application form in the glasses box and keep the original product and packaging intact.

  • After the return and exchange application is approved, please send the original product to the designated location by Opteyes.
Three Guarantees Service (within 1 year) Using: We provide free fixing and adjustment for our products. Repairing: Free repairing or replacing are acceptable if there is any quality problem. Replacing: If our products have any quality problem or cannot be repaired, it can be replaced.
  • Products problems caused by personal damage or natural disasters are not qualified with this commitment. Reasons such as external impact or extrusion, exposure to chemicals, intentional destruction, lens cracking caused by high temperature, damage to glasses, lens caused by bad environment, natural disasters or accidents etc.

  • This warranty policy only applies to the 4-in-1 set products (frames, lenses, optometry, assembly) which provided by Opteyes.

  • The final interpretation right belongs to Shanghai Light Care Technology Co., Ltd.
